View Picks Form
This allows you to make copies of the form to hand around to the players to fill out. You can also look at it on the screen before printing.
It took a bit to get all the teams to be nice and neat in appearance. So if a team is printing out of line or causing it, a note would be appreciated so I can fix it. Or at least attempt to fix it.
The print button is on the toolbar on the bottom.
You can also change the way the pages look. All of that was built into the control provided in Visual Studio so if its not working correctly, I'm not sure what I can do except yell at Microsoft. Which doesnt usually accomplish much except making me feel better. Strangely, a print button was not part of the control and it had to be added.
